Ashtanga Yoga

This class is a strong breath based moving meditation practice, vinyasa style – it develops body awareness and flexibility, quiets the mind and works on our balancing capabilities through a set of postures and breathing techniques. In 60min we will move through the first half of the Ashtanga Primary series (sun salutations, standing, seated postures, inversions and closing cooling down asanas). It will bring you energy and a feeling of bliss. Variations are always available! Some experience is recommended but not required.

DTouch Gentile Yoga

This style is a good mix of a slow warm up to establish a solid breathing base for your vinyasa practice that is the core of the class, where you heat up your body and work on your strength and flexibility evenly.

DTouch Yoga All Levels

This class is based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and mixed with some asanas from the secondary series. It is a well-rounded Vinyasa Yoga practice that has a focus on core asana that we are having in the spotlight for every week.

Dtouch Yin Yoga

This class will take you to a new level of healing and relaxation. You will be guided through a well balanced physical connective tissue stimulation and at the same time unlock blocked or hidden elements of your mind through a deeper state of meditation.
