Mysore Style Yoga – How it all begins


Always wondered how Ashtanga yoga might change and transform your life? What is the connection between breath, movement and focus in your practice? What is Ujjayi? In this workshop, Daria will take you through the asanas of Ashtanga Primary Series, explaining and practicing with you through the first set of fundamental,seated and closing asanas. Breaking down and explaining in detail: transitions between the poses, breath and movement in combination. After this workshop you will feel ready and comfortable to step into your regular Ashtanga or flow yoga practice or start practicing at home or studios that offer Mysore style classes. This workshop is designed for everyone (from complete beginner to intermediate practitioner), anyone who would like to develop a further understanding of yoga poses (asanas), pranayama, meditation & the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method.
