DTouch Yoga All Levels
This class is based on the Ashtanga Primary Series and mixed with some asanas from the secondary series. It is a well-rounded Vinyasa Yoga practice that has a focus on core asana that we are having in the spotlight for every week. The focus changes from establishing balance to working on hip-flexibility or shoulder mobility to finding your strength and bandhas for arm balances. Some Vinyasa experience recommended, but if you are brand new we will take care of you and offer you suitable modifications. Don’t underestimate your powers!
