DTouch Yoga All Levels
This class will take you to a new level of healing and relaxation. You will be guided through a well balanced physical connective tissue stimulation and at the same time unlock blocked or hidden elements of your mind through a deeper state of meditation. The poses in Yin Yoga are usually held between 3-5 min with the focus on really relaxing the muscular tissue and going beyond this layer to work on the deep fascia. In some classes we combine the yin yoga poses with beneficial self-help acupressure holds to enhance the ability of healing.
Recommended and suited for everyone, but especially if you tend to push yourself to hard in yoga or in life in general, or are recovering from injuries of any kind. This is your own personal guided yoga therapy based on the concept of Yin Yoga.
